The guarantee

• Try it for 14 days. If it is not for you, tell us and we refund you. No questions.
• It covers every option: one path, Unlimited, and 1 to 1 classes.

How to ask

• Write to us at hanna@soyfluent.com within the 14 days.
• Tell us the email you paid with, how you paid and what you bought. That is all.

When it reaches you

• We refund you the same way you paid: a PayPal payment goes back to PayPal, and a transfer comes back by transfer.
• PayPal or your bank may take a few days to show it.
• The app does not charge anything yet. This guarantee applies from the first payment.

Unlimited: cancelling or asking for your money back

• You can stop or cancel Unlimited whenever you like, before or after the 14 days.
• If you cancel and do not ask for your money back, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• If you ask for your money back within the 14 days, we refund you and your access closes straight away.
• Unlimited does not renew by itself. If you do not pay for the next month, it ends.

1 to 1 classes

• The 14-day guarantee covers 1 to 1 classes too.
• The trial class is free, so there is nothing to refund there.
• A single class costs $30. The pack of 12 classes is one payment of $300, so $25 per class.
• For a pack, if you have taken only the first class, we refund everything.
• From the second class on, we take off $25 for each class you took. For example, if you took 3 classes: $300 minus $75, you get $225.
